Boconceptt™ ships eligible furniture and home products to available delivery areas. Delivery options may vary depending on item size, package weight, destination, carrier availability, and warehouse handling requirements.
Orders normally require processing before shipment. Processing time may be affected by inventory checks, large-item handling, weekends, holidays, weather conditions, or high order volume.
Some furniture items may ship in multiple packages. Boxes from the same order may arrive on different days, especially for larger items or products with separate parts.
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including apartment number, unit number, building name, access instructions, and reachable contact information when needed. Missing or incorrect information may cause delivery delays or failed delivery attempts.
Before ordering large furniture, customers should measure doorways, stairs, elevators, hallways, and room entry points. Delivery problems caused by limited access or incorrect measurements are not considered product defects.
When your order arrives, please inspect the outer packaging and product condition as soon as possible. If damage is found, keep the packaging and contact us with clear photos.
