Return Policy

Boconceptt™ accepts return requests for eligible products within 14 days after delivery. Customers must contact us before returning any item.

Returned products must be unused, clean, undamaged, and in original packaging. All parts, accessories, hardware, manuals, labels, and protective materials must be included. Furniture that has been assembled, used, altered, stained, scratched, damaged after delivery, or returned without proper packaging may not qualify for return approval.

Items marked as final sale, clearance, custom-made, personalized, special-order, or non-returnable may not be eligible for return unless required by applicable law.

To request a return, email service@boconceptt.com with your order number, product name, reason for return, and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the request and provide return instructions if the item qualifies.

Please pack returned items securely. If an item is damaged during return shipping because of poor packaging, the return may be refused or adjusted.

After the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify the customer of the review result. Shipping, delivery, handling, assembly, or service-related charges may not be refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.
