Boconceptt™ may offer living room furniture, bedroom furniture, dining furniture, storage cabinets, shelving units, chairs, tables, desks, entryway pieces, and selected home accessories.

2. Are the measurements listed on the product page exact?
Measurements are provided as accurately as possible, but small differences may occur due to manual measuring, product shape, or production batches. Please allow a slight tolerance when planning your space.

3. How should I check if a sofa, cabinet, or table will fit my home?
Please measure the room, doorway, hallway, elevator, staircase, and final placement area before ordering. Large furniture may not fit through narrow access points even if it fits the room itself.

4. Will the furniture color look exactly like the photos?
Photos are for reference. Color may appear slightly different because of lighting, screen settings, camera angle, fabric texture, wood grain, or surface finish.

5. Do products require assembly?
Some furniture may require assembly. If assembly is needed, customers should follow the included instructions carefully and avoid forcing parts into place.

Contact us with your order number, product name, photos of the package, and a list of missing parts. We will review the issue and provide support where possible.
